- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if your item is eligible for return.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
